Our Manufacturing Campus
Argonaut’s manufacturing campus was intentionally designed to support sterile injectable programs from early clinical development through commercial manufacturing. Our three facilities, located within five miles of one another in Carlsbad, California, combine fill-finish operations, analytical testing, and warehouse space into a coordinated manufacturing campus that scales with your program.

Loker Facility
The Loker facility is home to Argonaut’s first isolator-based aseptic fill-finish line.
Filling Line #1 is a fully automated vial filling line featuring 100% real-time, non-destructive weight verification and single-head filling. Designed to maximize product yield, the line incorporates a segregated chamber for capping to reduce particulate, and can restrict line loss to as low as 25 mL (excluding sterile filtration and PUPSIT). It is ideally suited for small scale clinical and commercial manufacturing.

The Loker facility also houses analytical, microbiology, and stability testing laboratories, along with short-term GMP storage, stability chambers, and a dedicated visual inspection suite.
Aston Facility
The Aston facility houses Argonaut’s second isolator-based aseptic fill-finish line.
Filling Line #2 is a flexible, fully automated fill-finish line capable of handling vials, prefilled syringes, and cartridges with up to four filling heads. The line features 100% real-time, non-destructive weight verification and is engineered to maximize product yield through a no glass-to-glass contact design and low-loss processing. Line loss can be as low as 100 mL when operating with all four filling heads or 25 mL in single-head mode (excluding sterile filtration and PUPSIT). It is ideally suited for mid-scale clinical and commercial manufacturing.
