Argonaut was founded by a team with more than 200 years of combined experience leading global CDMOs. After decades of supporting complex injectable programs, we set out to build the kind of partner we believed sponsors deserved—one that combines technical expertise, operational flexibility, and exceptional quality to support products from preclinical development through commercial manufacturing.
Everything about Argonaut was designed with that vision in mind. Our infrastructure supports modern aseptic manufacturing and evolving global regulatory expectations, including the latest EU Annex 1 guidance. Our manufacturing strategies are built to maximize product yield while protecting product quality, and our experienced team works alongside each client to develop an approach tailored to their unique program, timeline, and technical requirements. As your product advances, we provide the flexibility to adapt without compromising the quality, compliance, or consistency you rely on.
Our goal is to be more than a manufacturer. We strive to be a long-term partner. By combining modern facilities, experienced people, and a collaborative approach, we help simplify development, reduce manufacturing risk, and support your product from its earliest stages through commercial success.
We’ve built Argonaut around the principles that matter most to our clients: quality, flexibility, technical expertise, and long-term partnership. Our approach combines modern manufacturing, experienced people, and collaborative project execution to support even the most demanding sterile injectable programs.
At Argonaut, we’re committed to:
The strength of Argonaut starts with the people behind it. Our leadership team brings more than 200 years of combined experience leading global CDMOs where they helped build world-class manufacturing organizations and successfully navigated more than 40 FDA Pre-Approval Inspections (PAIs). Today, that experience guides our approach to quality, compliance, and client partnerships.

Argonaut’s 90,000-square-foot manufacturing campus spans three facilities within 5 miles of each other in Carlsbad, CA.
